AI Agents Studio

AI agents that do real work, with people in control.

We design and build AI agents for a defined task in your business: reading and checking documents, answering from your own knowledge, or moving a request through several systems. Every agent is tested on your real cases before it goes live.

One task, done properly

Here an agent reads a supplier invoice, checks it against the purchase order, and hands the one thing it cannot settle to a person.

Illustration with made-up data

An invoice agent at work, in five steps. Read: a supplier invoice from Harbour Lane Packaging arrives in the inbox and the agent reads it. Extract: the agent pulls out five fields, the supplier, invoice number, date, purchase order reference and total, into a structured record. Check: the agent compares the invoice with purchase order PO-3107. The order is found and the supplier matches, but the invoice total is higher than the order, so that check is flagged. Ask a person: because a check failed, the agent does not decide. It routes the record to the accounts reviewer with the reason, and the reviewer sends it back to the supplier. Done: an activity log shows each step and who made the decision.

What we build

For firms with heavy document and request work: logistics, finance back offices and professional services. In India, the US and the UK.

  • Document agents

Read, extract, check and route documents and forms.

  • Knowledge assistants

Answer questions from a company’s own documents and policies.

  • Workflow agents

Take a request through several systems and steps, with approval points.

  • Evaluation

Test an agent on real cases before it goes live, and keep measuring it after.

How an agent project runs

We start with one task and prove it before expanding.

  1. Pick one task

One task in your business, with a clear result.

  2. Measure today

How the task is done now, so there is something honest to compare against.

  3. Build and test

Against real examples from your business, before anything goes live.

  4. Launch

With approval points, where a person decides.

  5. Measure after

Keep measuring it once it is live, on the same kind of cases.

Where we stop

We integrate with systems that have open APIs. Closed systems with no API are declined up front, not worked around.

Questions

Questions about agents

One task. We measure how it is done today, build and test the agent against your real examples, launch it with approval points where a person decides, and measure it after launch.
Not the ones that matter. Every agent launches with approval points, and at those points a person decides.
We test it on your real cases before it goes live, and keep measuring it after launch.
Systems with open APIs. If a system has no API, we say so up front rather than build a workaround.
You do. As with everything we build, the code and the cloud accounts are yours.
